Order Processing and Payment

Codes and Categories

Fountain Products processes orders manually so as to ensure high-quality customer service and order accuracy. The process of manual order entry, however, can be time-consuming, especially if product or class codes are incorrectly assigned to items in an order sheet. To make the order entry process as smooth as possible, we ask that you leave code and category fields blank if you are not sure of their proper values.
